We all have that routine we do day and night. There are habits that we do very often that we don’t even notice we’ve been doing such thing for the last couple of years. Getting up from the bed, drinking that hot coffee at the living room while reading the newspaper. Amidst all of this, you begin to forget the most comfortable spot in the house where you spend most of your time is spent– in the living room. While you’re so immersed with the game in the TV, you tend to forget that what your sitting on, becomes heavier and heavier. In a span of 10 years, that upholstery you sitting on accumulates dead skin cells and bed bugs thrive underneath the surface of the fabric each day on it while you don’t even notice it. Of course you don’t, you’re not ant man anyway. But joking aside, this is not a laughing matter. You should take this very seriously if you want to stay healthy and active.
